The public is advised to refrain from transacting with the Facebook pages "Manila Transport" and "Manila Metro" which are not in any way affiliated with the MRT-3.

Any statements made on the pages, including supposed promos for free rides, are not sanctioned by the rail line.

The MRT-3 only has one official Facebook page, which is this account. The public is notified that all official announcements of the rail line will only be communicated through this account.

To reiterate, the MRT-3 will never request for the bank account details of any transacting passenger. The rail line urges the public to exercise extreme caution in dealing with unofficial and suspicious accounts in social media.
