The MRT-3 has kicked off its celebration of the love month, delighting passengers with serenades and the debut of its love-themed train car, February 8.
Transport Assistant Secretary for Railways and MRT-3 Officer-in-Charge Jorjette B. Aquino led the unveiling of the MRT-3 "Love Train," saying it aims to spread warmth and joy among commuters this Valentine's season.
Aquino.
Clad in red attire, Asec. Aquino distributed sweets and chocolates to commuters both aboard the Love Train and at Ayala Station, where a pair of station personnel entertained passengers with serenades.
The MRT-3 Love Train is dressed in a garden-inspired theme with heart-fluttering love quotes and "hugot" lines adorning its walls. Passengers are also treated to heart-touching songs inside the train car.
Aside from the Love Train, MRT-3 also launched its Love Booth at Ayala Station, which witnessed an unexpected engagement proposal from a couple. This gesture received warm and heartfelt reactions from both passengers and staff.
With their romantic atmosphere, the MRT-3 Love Train and Love Booth promise to make commutes not only fast, safe, and reliable, but also heartwarming.
