The DOTr-MRT3 invites qualified applicants for one (1) Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III)/Salary Grade 6/Contractual under the Station Division.
Qualifications
Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required for contractual position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Encoding of Utility Excel of Station Division personnel.
- Encoding of Overtime, Official Business, Leave Application and Change Schedule Forms of Station Division personnel.
- Preparation and submission of Timekeeping Report.
- Preparation and submission of Monthly Overtime and Night Differential Claims of Station Division personnel.
- Preparation of Overtime justification upon preparation of Overtime Claims.
- Distribution of Administrative and Finance Documents (Pay slips, ITRs, and Certificates).
- Recording, filing and retrieval of documents (Approved Leave Application, Schedules, Leave Credits and Timekeeping Reports).
- Review of Duty Roster (Absences, Tardiness).
- Attendance in mandatory training, refresher courses, scheduled meetings and/or other trainings/seminars.
- Encoding of daily reports and monthly complaints.
- Receiving of Lost and Found items forwarded by all Stations.
- Receiving and segregation of documents.
- Distribution of documents, permits and posters/tarpaulin for posting from Depot to concerned Mainline Offices, SVTDO Office, RSSG, Ayala Base and Station Supervisors.
- Receiving, relaying and coordination of messages to superiors/offices/agencies.
- Answering phone calls for instructions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Preparation, signing and submission on time of relevant documents pertaining to Timekeeping and Claims.
- Assists passengers with directions, inquiries relative to general information, ticket matters, safety and security concerns, lost items, standard procedures, and other operations-related issues lodged through the Malasakit Help Desk.
- Provides first-aid treatment and other medical assistance to passengers who are having poor health condition.
- Distribution of Citizens Charter and discounted coupons to requesting passengers.
- Preparation and submission of daily Commuter Welfare Desk Sheet.

- Photocopy of Authenticated CSC Eligibility/BAR or Board Rating/License; if applicable
- Photocopy of Authenticated Transcript of Records and Diploma;
- Photocopy of Certificates of Relevant Trainings/Seminars attended;
- Photocopy of Service Records/Certificate of Employment;
- Photocopy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable); and
- Other documents that may be required by this Office.
Applications with incomplete documents and submitted beyond the set deadline shall automatically disqualify the applicant in the selection process. Applications will be considered valid for a period of 1 year. Only applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted. Shortlisted applicants will be required to show original copies of their documents for verification. All information submitted by applicants shall be subject to verification and/or background check.
