The Department of Transportation (DOTr) Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) will be offering free rides to all official tournament workforce and volunteers for the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup 2025 starting November 12 until December 7, 2025 in support of the said event.

The free ride initiative follows the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to the DOTr MRT-3, expressing his support for the FIFA event.

Under the Office Order No. 2025-0826 signed by DOTr MRT-3 General Manager Michael J. Capati, free rides will be given to the tournament workforce and volunteers upon presentation of their valid FIFA accreditation passes.

Ticket sellers in every station will be issuing magnetic single journey tickets (SJTs) to those who will be availing the free ride which shall be returned in a drop box at the service gate upon their exit.

Station supervisors are also advised to announce thru Public Address System the implementation of the free ride to inform about the said service.

Meanwhile, all DOTr MRT-3 personnel are also directed to extend courtesy and assistance to all tournament workforce and volunteers for the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup 2025 while they are within the premises of MRT-3.

16 teams from all over the world will be competing for the inaugural FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup 2025 set here in the Philippines this coming November 21 until December 7, 2025.
