Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : None required for the contractual position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares tickets and change fund allocation to duty Ticket Seller per assigned shift per station;
- Allocates change funds and tickets to authorized Ticket Sellers;
- Receives and safe keeps cash remittances and unsold tickets from the authorized Ticket Sellers;
- Records all transactions that pertain to cash and ticket movements;
- Performs the proper turn-over of responsibility procedure between co-CA. (i.e. cash count, ticket inventory count, existing equipment, keys, office supplies);
- Ensures that all cash and ticket allocations and receipts of remittances are accurately accounted for (shortage/overages);
- Prepares the necessary end-of-day/shift report;
- Prepares deposit slip for cash collections for deposit to authorized bank representative of MRT depository bank;
- Provides assistance to the lone Treasury Supervisor (TS) at the Annex Office (if the other TS is absent) in collecting cash (bills) payment for the coins allocated to stations;
- Retrieves Tickets from Automatic Gates and send them to Treasury Annex Office via Finance Train; and
- Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

- Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent passport-sized photo (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet. You may download these forms at www.csc.gov.ph (Downloads – Forms – OHRMD – PDS)
- Photocopy of Authenticated CSC Eligibility/BAR or Board Rating/License, if applicable
- Photocopy of Authenticated Transcript of Records and Diploma
- Photocopy of Certificates of Relevant Training/Seminars attended
- Photocopy of Service Records/Certificate of Employment
- Photocopy of Performance rating in the last rating period, if applicable
- Other documents that may be required by this Office
Applications with incomplete documents and submitted beyond the set deadline shall automatically disqualify the applicant in the selection process. Applications will be considered valid for a period of 1 year. Only applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted.
